How long does it take to get setup?
In most cases new accounts are setup and ready within minutes of the time you
place your order. If it's been more than 4 hours and you still have not received
your welcome email please contact us immediately to make sure we have your
correct email address.

How do I get help?
Getting help at MySiteSpace is easy. You may email any sales
questions to sales@mysitespace.com, or billing questions
to billing@mysitespace.com. For technical support please
visit www.mysitespace.com/support/ to get help from one
of our technicians. Our support department and sales department
are open 24 / 7, and billing is open from 9am until 9pm
EST Monday - Saturday.

Do you show any sort
of ads on my web pages?
No - we do not show any sort of ads whatsoever on paid accounts. You are in
total control of that space.

Can I transfer my domain
to you?
Yes you can, and it's quite easy. When you signup, simply indicate that you
will be transferring your domain and we'll be sure to include step by step
instructions in your welcome email.

Can
MySiteSpace host international and other types of domain
names?
Yes we can. While our registration services may not allow you to purchase any
type of domain name through us - if it can be registered, (anywhere!) then
we can host it.

How do you bill?
MySiteSpace offers a quarterly or a yearly payment plan for all paid hosting
services.

What
forms of payment does MySiteSpace accept?
MySiteSpace accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal
for payment. PayPal payments will be accepted from VERIFIED members only. Payments
from unverified paypal members will simply be ignored. We do not accept any
sort of checks at this time.

Can I resell your service?
Sure. Obviously our prices are already set at rock bottom, but you are welcome
to resell our services to your customers. Please visit ResellerStreet for
packages designed specifically for resellers.

Do the web hosting
fees include the cost of my domain name?
Many of our plans do offer a free domain name registration in which case we
will cover your fees for the first year of name registration. If your plan
does not offer a free domain name then you are responsible for all fees involving
the registering of your domain name. Registering a new domain through MyDotNames.net is $12.95 per year for most domains.

Can
my domain be accessed via www.domain.com and just domain.com?
Yes indeed. Many hosts offer you just one or the other (usually with the www)
but your MySiteSpace web hosting account will answer to both www.yourdomain.com
as well as just yourdomain.com.

What if I want the Pro
plan but don't want to register a domain name?
No problem. You are not required to have your own domain name with your Pro
account. You may have something like myname.msshost.com. You are not required
to pay a domain registration fee for this.

What kind of
technical support is available?
MySiteSpace offers technical support 24x7 through our online
service center and through our Member
Forums. MySiteSpace has friendly and knowledgeable technicians available
to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Most requests submitted through
our service center are addressed
within one hour.

OK I've signed up, now
what?
Once you have completed your signup and your payment has been approved we will
activate your account. This whole process usually happens within minutes, but
can sometimes take up to 4 hours. Once activated you will receive your welcome
email with all the info you need to get started. If you have not received your
welcome email within 4 hours of signup please contact us at sales@mysitespace.com and
we will gladly assist you.

How do
I upgrade my plan to a higher plan?
That's easy. Just access your personal
service account and follow the link in the upper right hand column that
says "Upgrade My Plan".

To cancel your account please login to your support
account and complete the Cancel Request Form.
