will receive a free month's credit. Our uptime includes power, ping and OS
software but does not include any issues regarding your domain name registration
or particular files or accounts within your account.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
MySiteSpace offers an unconditional 30 day money back
guarantee. You may cancel your account for any reason within
30 days of activation and receive a full refund minus any applicable
domain registration fees.
Our refund policy does not apply to any additional services
including but not limited to domain name registration, domain
name pointing, additional e-mail accounts, additional disk
space, or additional data transfer. Refunds are not available
after 30 days.
Accounts that are either cancelled, deactivated, and/or have
services suspended for violation of our terms of service, or
accounts that exceed their disk usage amount do not qualify
for our 30 day money back guarantee and will not receive any
refunds.
Domain Registration Fees
Accounts that include free domain
name registration are subject to an additional $15 fee but
do retain ownership of their domain to use with any host you
choose.
